How to make anti-cough lozenges?
A bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice (preferably organic lemons)
1 tablespoon of natural honey
A little water
1 tablespoon of sugar (preferably brown)
½ teaspoon of freshly ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Important note: ginger is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, people with blood coagulation disorders (haemophilia), diabetics and people with gallstones.
Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
