This type of detoxification can also help reduce the risk of breast cancer. According to many clinical studies there is a disproportionately high number of breast cancer that originates in the upper outer quadrant, the territory on which we apply underarm cosmetics. Because the breast tissue is mostly fat, it stores many toxins for a very long period of time.
Most conventional deodorants and body care products which are used on a daily basis, containing aluminum chlorohydrate, parabens, propylene glycol, triclosan, TEA, DEA, FD & C dyes and other toxic chemicals. Some of these chemicals mimic estrogen and thereby increase the risk of breast cancer. In most cases, breast cancer is initially developed as a hormone-dependent cancer, in which the development of the disease correlates with the raising estrogen levels.
We all know that sweating is an important function of the body. Our sweat contains chemicals that fight certain diseases, so it is vital to keep the armpits’ pores clean. Furthermore, there is a group of lymph nodes under the skin of the armpit that help the body remove foreign cells. Products that contain many chemicals prevent the removal of toxins. However, you can do a detoxification of the armpit by which you can help your body get rid of toxins and chemical residues and unclog the pores.
Prevention of breast cancer by detoxifying the armpit
- 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
- 3 drops of essential rosemary oil
- 5 drops of essential coriander oil
- 1 tablespoon bentonite clay
- 1-2 tablespoons pure water
Mix the apple cider vinegar and clay in a glass bowl and add the essential oils. Add some water to obtain a mixture which is slightly denser than yogurt. Apply a thin layer of this mixture on both armpits and let it dry. Rinse after a while. Do this detox every day until you feel that your sweat no longer smells so unpleasant.
Drink plenty of water during the period of detoxification because your body needs fluids to thoroughly clear all toxins.
