• 1 large garlic head
• 1 cup of water

- Boil the water.
- Grind the onion and garlic and put them in the boiling water.
- Cook at a moderate heat for 5-7 minutes, then let it cool. Strain the broth.
- Dip the gauze pads into the liquid, and place it in the center of the sole.
- Place a detox pad on both feet, put on the socks and go to bed.
- In the morning, remove the detox pads and evaluate the results!
