How to Cleanse the Lymph, So you Don’t have Frequent Headaches, Sinus Pain, Stiff Neck and Shoulders

Products needed for one day:
4 cups Grapefruit juice
4 cups Orange juice
1 cup Lemon juice
8 cups water

Mix all juices and add water.

In the morning you need to make an enema with the following ingredients:

½ cup water
1 tablespoon Epsom salt

Clean the intestines in the morning with a homemade enema by drinking 1 tablespoon Epsom salt dissolved in ½ cup water.

30 minutes after the consumption of the Epsom salt, dink ½ a cup of the prepared juice mixture, every half hour, until you drink the entire content.
