  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • A few drops of rosemary or lavender oil


Peel the potatoes and keep the peels aside because you will use them later. Pour two cups of water in a saucepan and add the peels, and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and let it simmer for five minutes. Once removed from heat, strain the mixture and let it cool. For better smell, you can add a few drops of rosemary or lavender oil to your water before pouring it into a glass bottle.

After applying your regular shampoo, use this water to rinse, then carefully massage your scalp and let your hair dry in the open air. You can apply this trick once a week.
