3 Juices for Weight Loss

If you want to lose weight, these juices will help you achieve your goal. They will fill you up while cutting off any hunger pangs. They will help you control the level of blood glucose due to their fiber content and natural carbohydrates.

  1. Banana and kiwi juice

  • 4 kiwi, peeled if they are not organic/with skin if they are organic
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup coconut water

 

  1. Banana and strawberry juice

  • 2 cups of organic strawberries
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of spinach or other green vegetable of your choice
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup coconut water

 

  1. Banana, fig and date juice

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 5 dried and soaked figs or fresh figs
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ vanilla pod

Mix all ingredients and enjoy.
