- 1 teaspoon of walnut leaves, cut
- 1 teaspoon of oak bark
- 1 teaspoon of willow bark
- 1 teaspoon of nettle
- 1 teaspoon of Calendula flower
- 2 ½ cups of water
Mix all ingredients and take 3 tablespoons of this mixture and pour in 2 ½ cups of boiled water.
Then cover the mixture, let it steep for about half an hour and filter. This drink should be divided into 3 parts and to be consumed three times a day, half an hour before each meal.
Consume this tea daily for about 7 to 10 days.

Important note: Nettle has no particular contra-indications. It may be noted that this plant has diuretic properties, which can potentially increase the need to urinate. It is to be avoided when taking blood thinning medications because nettle stimulates blood flow.
