Migraines and headaches
Using your right thumb, make a pressure on the lower part of your palm that is close to your left thumb. Make a slight pressure for 5 seconds and release. Repeat the operation as much as possible.
Relieve sinus pain
To relieve the sinus pain, hold the tip of your left index finger with your right index finger and thumb. Apply light pressure for 1 to 3 minutes. Then apply more pressure and massage the entire area. You must repeat the process on all the fingers (on the left and the right hand).
Tension and neck pain
Perform a linear massage on the central part of your fingers. The massage should last for 1 minute for each finger.
Some stomach pains are often caused by anxiety. The palm of the hand is linked to the solar plexus that helps control and restore emotional balance. Massage the center of your right palm for about ten minutes. If this does not work, you must turn to reflexology.
Cold or sore throat

- Repeat this step as many times as necessary. This will help relieve menstrual and abdominal pain.
