It is true that having large bust curves can be embarrassing for some women but not having enough might be even more embarrassing. This is also the reason why many women are turning to plastic surgery and breast implants to compensate for the miserliness of nature and enjoy beautiful well filled assets. But there are natural foods that can give more volume to your breasts, check them out!
Having small breasts may cause low self-esteem in some women, especially when seeing the celebrity’s cleavage full of charm. Many of them are planning to wear breast implants while others have already taken the plunge. However, implementation of these foreign bodies, particularly in such a sensitive part, has multiple dangers.
What are the dangers of silicone breast implants?
A breast implant is a prosthesis used in cosmetic surgery to enhance breast size or improve the shape. It is also used in reconstructive surgery to “rebuild” a breast following a mastectomy.
The most used are those implants filled with silicone gel. Now these implants are subject of great controversy and their use has been limited following a decision of the Food and Drug Administration.
Like any foreign body that enters the body, the breast implant also comes with many risks. Besides the generic risks associated with surgery such as hematoma or intolerance to anesthesia, there are other specific risks such as perforation of the implant and releasing its contents into the body causing infections, contraction of the scar tissue around the implant causing hardening and acute pain in the treated breast, deterioration of the quality of the implant over time which results in a breast asymmetry, etc.
A study conducted at the Mayo Clinic in the US found that 25% of women with breast implants have local complications within five years of implantation, and are seen obliged to undergo further surgeries.
Another Canadian study of 147 women who underwent implantation of these prostheses showed that 51% of them had at least one additional surgery related to the implants. Of these 51% women, 49% had one surgery after implantation, 23% have had two, 11% have had three, and 17% have had four. Because of these complications, 40% of these women have decided to undergo another operation to permanently remove their implants.
Furthermore, not to mention the impact on the physical and psychological health that such succession of surgical operations can have on a woman.
How to enlarge the breasts naturally?
The wealth of nature has no limits. Besides, it has the same solution for this aesthetic problem. To naturally enlarge your breasts, you can use one of the following plants.
Fenugreek: This plant, typically found in seed form in the spice department, is known for its stimulating virtues of appetite and digestion and ability to promote weight gain. Containing phytoestrogens, it has a galactogenic effect which stimulates lactation and helps to naturally increase breast size.
Use: Make a stimulating massage to your breasts with fenugreek oil. If you do not have it, you can grind few fenugreek seeds into a powder. Then, add vegetable oil and let it soak overnight. The next morning, use the oil to massage the breasts. It should be applied once a day for 7 to 10 days. Take a break of three months before doing it again.
Warning: The consumption of fenugreek is not recommended for pregnant women, people with allergies to peanuts and under medical treatment (anticoagulants, etc.)
Burdock: Stimulating blood circulation, this plant can increase blood flow to the breasts, which helps to increase their volume. In addition, its high estrogen content also affects the breast tissue and strengthens the female reproductive system.
Use: You can take the form of infusion, by putting 1-2 tsp of roots or leaves in a cup of hot water, and drink a cup three times a day. Thus, you will also enjoy its detoxifying, antibacterial and anticancer properties.
Caution: burdock consumption is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, children and people suffering from gallstones.
Fennel: It is a plant known for its ability to improve digestion and protect the liver. Thanks to its active compounds – anethole, and dianethole photoanethole – and its high phytoestrogen content, fennel can change the estrogen levels in the body, regulate the menstrual cycle, increase breast size and stimulate lactation.
Use: You can make a fennel tea, by infusing 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (maximum daily dose) in 1 cup of boiling water. Consumption of this tea should be gradual, 1 cup a day in the first week, 2 for the second and three in the third week, 20 to 30 minutes before meal.
Caution: Fennel is not recommended for women with a history of seizures, epilepsy and tumors. It also interacts with certain antibiotics and photo-sensitizing drugs, which is why it is best to seek medical advice before use.
Fennel seeds also cancel the effect of the pill and consumption is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
