These Purple Fruits and Vegetables Protect Against Cancer!

Purple fruits and vegetables – they are extremely useful and should therefore be included in your diet. It has been shown that these magic foods protect against cancers and many other diseases.

  1. Eggplant

Only 3 ounces of eggplant contain 80 useful substances. Some of them are phytonutrients (phenolic compounds) and flavonoids, which have demonstrated antioxidant properties. It also contains nasunin (mainly in the skin), which in turn protects the cell membranes, brain tissue, cardio vascular system and reduces blood pressure. But!
