Generally, toothache occurs when the root of the tooth is irritated. The most common causes are tooth decay, gum disease and infection. Pain may also occur after tooth extraction. Here are some tips to ease your toothache naturally.
Natural Remedy for Gum Disease and Dental Infections:
Infections and toothaches are never pleasant, but it is possible to relieve it using natural products. If the pain is due to a gum disease or other infections, apply this remedy based on natural products:
To remedy this, you’ll use 3 ingredients in 3 steps: wild oregano oil applied topically and internally, colloidal silver locally and internally, and for rinsing, warm salt water for the final step .
– Step 1
Put several drops of wild oregano oil under the tongue. Leave it for few minutes, and then rinse the mouth with colloidal silver. Make this action once every hour.
– Step 2
Gargle with colloidal silver, swallow a small amount and spit out the rest. You can use up to 1 cup per day. Then gently rub the painful area with colloidal silver. After few minutes, rub with oregano oil.
– Step 3
Rinse your mouth with warm salted water (sea salt) and massage the gums with oregano oil.
Other natural remedies to cure and relieve toothache:
– Ginger Root
Take a piece of fresh ginger and place it in the mouth over the infected tooth. The pain should diminish after few minutes. Keep the remaining ginger in the refrigerator so you can use it to relieve the toothache.
– Clove Essential Oil
You can relieve toothache with the clove essential oil. The aromatic clove, eugenol, kills bacteria and relieve dental pain. Simply soak a cotton ball in this essential oil and apply it around the infected tooth. Repeat if necessary.
– Black Seed Oil
Mix a teaspoon of black seed oil (Nigella sativa) and ½ teaspoon of vinegar. Heat the two ingredients on low heat, then leave to cool. Use this mixture to rinse the mouth to reduce inflammation and infection. To be done every two hours until the pain disappears.
– Cold Packs
You can use cold packs to relieve toothache. At the slightest dental pain, take a cold pack and place there from the outside of the mouth. This will temporarily relieve the pain, especially if it keeps you awake.
