- A cup of cranberry
- A cup of fresh papaya
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of turmeric
- half a tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 ½ cups of water.
First, soak the chia seeds in half a cup of water for at least half an hour. Then, together with all the other ingredients put them in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mass. Your drink is ready for consimption.
