The heels on your feet can often burst, which is not only unpleasant to look at, but also painful. Many factors contribute to this unpleasant condition such as dry and thick skin on the heels, obesity, and thus the pressure on the heel, aging, and a lack of zinc, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids.
Today we share with you the recipe for a homemade remedy containing only natural ingredients such as salt and peppermint, which effectively helps to treat the problem.
For this natural remedy you need:
- 1/2 cup salt,
- 1/2 cup sugar,
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil,
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried peppermint,
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
First, in a glass bowl, mix well all of the dry ingredients, then add the finely chopped and mashed peppermint leaves and peppermint essential oil, and melted coconut oil. Mix well all the ingredients to make a paste. Soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes and then with a scraper or pumice stone exfoliate dead skin cells, but be very careful not to cause wounds or bleeding. Then spread the salt with peppermint remedy across the affected areas and gently rub. Let it stay for a few minutes and then rinse with warm water. Apply this treatment every day and after a week or two you will see the results.
