Remove Dental Plaque Naturally at Home! Cancel the Trip to the Dentist

We already told you how to remove tartar: walnut shell does a miracle with the teeth! Today we’ll show you some preventive remedies that will help you avoid tartar and cope with the plaque. By using them, you’ll forget about the frequent visits to the dentist!

Homemade plaque removal

These popular recipes don’t harm the tooth enamel, they just soften the plaque and tartar, contributing to easy cleaning of the teeth. Because they are made of natural antiseptic teas, they disinfect the mouth and prevent the further occurrence of plaque!

Linden blossom brew

You will need:

  • 4 tbsp. Linden blossom
  • 4 tbsp. dried sunflower seeds shells
  • 4 cups of water

Preparation:

Add the linden blossom and crushed sunflower seeds shells into a sauce pan with warm water, bring to a boil, let it cool slightly and strain the liquid. Brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste. Then rinse them with the cool linden brew.

Rinse your mouth with the brew in the morning and evening every day, and a week later you will notice that there is no trace of nasty plaque!

Sunflower shells are not always available, but don’t worry! They can be replaced with oak bark, which is easy to find in a drugstore. This brew is good for rinsing the mouth even for those who have braces or dental implants. It will protect you from any inflammatory processes!

Horsetail brew

You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons horsetail
  • 1 cup water.

Preparation:

Add the horsetail into the water and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes and let it cool.

Drink 1/3 cup of this tea 2 times a day within 15 minutes after a meal for 20 days in a row.

Note: If you have problems with the kidneys, horsetail is not recommended!

Horsetail tea is a remarkable anti-inflammatory and cleansing agent. If your teeth are prone to formation of plaque, be sure to try this powerful healing drink! In addition, horsetail improves blood circulation so it is very useful if you suffer from periodontitis (gum infection).
