Everyone knows that the key to a beautiful smile is oral health. However, most of us ignore this aspect. Due to improper oral hygiene, plaque forms on the teeth and as a consequence, tartar starts to buildup.
The formation of tartar is a continuous process that lasts at least six months. These deposits damage the health of the teeth, creating a favorable environment for breeding of all kinds of germs.
Today, we will share with you the secrets of proper oral care. Thus, you can get rid of tartar and nasty yellow plaque on the teeth.
How to get rid of tartar?
- Baking soda
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Dental floss
Mix one tablespoon baking soda with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Wet the toothbrush with water and brush your teeth with the resulting mixture for 30 seconds.
Mix ½ cup of water with ½ cup of hydrogen peroxide. Rinse your mouth with this mixture for 1 minute.
Use dental floss to clean the surface of the teeth from plaque in the hard to reach places.
Thoroughly rinse the mouth with the required amount of mouthwash. It is best to use a product that does not contain alcohol.
This procedure will yield visible results if done once a day, seven days a week, no more and no less. Within two months, you will notice that your teeth have become brighter and there is no trace of tartar!
