Why buckwheat pancakes?

Buckwheat flour

Buckwheat is a kind of nutritious cereal and appropriate food for people intolerant to gluten. It is rich in vitamin B required for the production of hormones and red blood cells, minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese …), protein and soluble fiber. These are essential to regulate the digestion and reduce the absorption of cholesterol and fats. If you want to stay healthy and keep fit, go for buckwheat flour! It is the best alternative to white flour that is empty of nutrients.
