• 1 and ¼ cup warm water
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon instant yeast or 2 tablespoons of dry yeast

• 3 ½ cups wheat flour

Preparation:
Note: If you use active dry yeast, mix it with a little warm water before adding the other ingredients.
– In a blender or a bread machine, place all ingredients and blend for 6-8 minutes until consistent and smooth.
– If you prefer to prepare the bread by hand, you have to mix all ingredients except the flour. Then, progressively, add the flour, mixing well after each addition (you have to adjust the amount of flour depending on the moisture conditions). When the dough is thick enough, place it on your well-floured surface and begin kneading for 5 to 10 minutes.

• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 ½ tablespoons instant yeast or 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 ½ cups of rye flour

Preparation:
• In a mixer or bread machine, place all ingredients and mix for 6-8 minutes until consistent and smooth.
• If you make the bread by hand, combine all ingredients except the flour. Then, slowly add the flour and mix after each addition. When the dough is thick enough, place it on a well-floured surface and begin kneading for 5 to 10 minutes.
