Detoxifying the body through the feet is one of the most efficient methods to purify the body. This “Detox” allows simple and quick release of toxins stored in the body which alter its operation and causing some health problems, without having to change your eating habits!
The detox treatments are ideal to purify the body, release toxins and improve your health. In addition to the detox diet you can adopt other methods such as foot detox, bath detox or patches! Detox foot bath
This is one of the most soothing detox methods. In a basin of hot water, add 1-2 tablespoons of Epsom salt and soak your feet.
Epsom salt comes from minerals promoting relaxation. Rich in magnesium, it is particularly effective to purify, detoxify and relax the body. Epsom salt can remove toxins and waste through the skin. A foot bath in Epsom salt also helps relieve your feet and activate your blood circulation.
Important: Epsom salt is not recommended for pregnant women and people with heart problems, kidney failure, hypertension and edema. On the other hand, if you suffer from skin problems such as eczema or psoriasis, ask your doctor before using Epsom salt.

Homemade Detox Patches
From traditional Chinese medicine, detox patches provide multiple benefits. With sweaty feet, patches eliminate toxins, cleanse the body, boost the energy and strengthen the immune system.
In a saucepan, bring some water to a boil, then add garlic and finely chopped onion and boil for about 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture and let it cool for a few minutes. In self-adhesive gauze, place the mix and apply on the feet, then put on your socks.
For best results, use this remedy before going to bed and let the patches act while you sleep. In the morning, remove the patches and rinse your feet.
When removing the patches, you will see that the color of the mixture became darker, these are eliminated toxins!
For a healthy body, you can also opt for detox drinks or teas, and improve your eating habits. Avoid processed foods, sugar, white flour, pastries, fast food and soft drinks. Prioritize fruits and vegetables, wholemeal bread, basic natural sugar foods (fresh fruits, dry fruits, honey …) and consume a sufficient amount of water (at least 6 cups per day).
