CUCUMBER DIET: 7 Days-15 Pounds Less!

Cucumber is a very healthy green vegetable, not only for your body but for your skin also, because it contains a lot of water in its contents. Cucumber diet prepare for a day:

  1. Breakfast:
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 plate cucumber salad
  1. Snack:
  • 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (about 7 oz.).
  1. Lunch:
  • 1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad.

Ingredients for cucumber diet salad: 14 oz of cucumber, 1 cup of sour milk or yogurt your choice, salt and fresh onion.
Preparation: Peel and cut the cucumber to little pieces. Include salt and blend well till the salt is entirely dissolved. Include sour milk or yogurt and blend it carefully. Add the onion and serve.

  1. Snacks:
  • Cucumber shake.

Ingredients for Cucumber Shake: 1 cucumber, 1 apple and a handfull of well washed spinach.
Preparation: Put all the active ingredients in blender and add some fresh ginger– mix well. When done put in a glass and consume it while it is fresh since if you leave it for later it will lose its healing properties.

  1. Dinner:
  • Fruit of your choice (about 10 oz.).
