The combination of eucalyptus, camphor, and menthol is used to treat these conditions:
Cracked heels – use Vicks on your heels and the balls of your feet, rubbing it in well, at night then use socks to cover it. In the morning rinse it off with warm water.
Headaches – apply the gel on your temples and under your nose, if you struggle with sinus headache.
Repel bugs – If you have actually been bitten by bugs use it on impacted area.
Heal bruises and minor cuts – You can rub the gel around little cuts, and prevent the open injuries and damaged skin.
Muscle ache – On muscles and joints, temporarily relieves minor aches and pains massage the gel over. It must stand like that for 15 minutes.
Use it on chest and throat, temporarily relieves cough due to common cold
Ear infection can cause severe earache. This pain is especially troublesome at night when you try to go to sleep. In order to minimize this annoying pain dip a cotton ball into the gel and place it in the painful ear to act overnight.
Camphor oil is extracted from the leaves, roots or stems of the Cinnamomum camphora tree, while eucalyptus oil comes from the leaves of the Eucalyptus globulus plant. Menthol is extracted from the leaves of various mint plants, such as peppermint. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using them.
