Signs That Show Your Body Is Too Acidic And How To Quickly Alkalize It!

Recently people started to consume more acid forming foods such as meat, dairy, sugar and grains. How to improve your alkalinity: remove acidic foods; drink as much as possible water (preferable alkaline); frequently check your PH; lunch meal should be a large green salad; use lettuce leaves and collard greens as wraps; instead of soda, coffee and sugars consume herbal tea, herbal coffee and any kind of green drinks; avoid processed food; replacedairy milks with coconut or almond milk; introduce in your diet green juices or shakes.
