This healthy beverage is full with nutrients, as well as enzymes, fiber, and key minerals, which are crucial for the metabolic process thus burning fat. The fiber will satiate your hunger, and as a result of that your desire for unhealthy sugar will be gone. The minerals are important for the proper body function. And last, but not least are the enzymes that enhance metabolism thus melting more fat.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of pineapple pieces
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Just mix all the active ingredients until you get homogeneous mix.
If you want proper results, you will have to drink this healthy smoothie regularly. Replace one meal (breakfast or lunch) with this beverage, and even so, if you want to replace dinner with this smoothie, note that you have to drink half dosage.
