– 2 teaspoons of ginger

– a pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

Fill half a cup of hot water, then add the turmeric and ginger.

Cover the cup and let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey.

Add the coconut milk and stir.

Consume 1 cup of your detox drink per day, for one week. You can repeat this treatment 2-3 times a year.
