- 1 middle-sized ginger root
- 2 lemons
- 500gr honey
Wash the lemons and chop them.Lemons have strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting powers. Clean and peel theginger. Ginger is also helpful for settling upset stomachs, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and cold sweats.Add the lemon, ginger and honey to the jar in layers. Close the jar and just leave it aside for a day, in order to help the ingredients release their juices.The mixture can stay in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.
You can use some tea or warm water to prepare it for drinking.
For adults, the recommended dose is 2 tablespoons daily and 1-2 teaspoons a day for children.
