How To Make Turmeric Pain Relief Tea

Ibuprofen, from isobutylphenylpropanoic acid, is a drug in the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) class used for treating pain, fever, and inflammation.

Common side effects include heartburn and a rash. It is also used to reduce fever and to relieve minor aches and pain due to the common cold or flu.

Turmeric Tea Recipe


  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh turmeric root, or 1 heaped teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Fresh lemon/honey to taste


Boil some water and throw in the turmeric. If you are using fresh turmeric boil it for 20 minutes. Add some lemon and spice it up with honey to your taste.
