256 YEARS OLD MAN BREAKS THE SILENCE BEFORE HIS DEATH AND REVEALS SHOCKING SECRETS TO THE WORLD

How long can be a human’s life span? Believe it or not there is person who amazingly lived for 256 years. That is Li Ching Yuen, the 256 years old male.

There is a newspaper article from New York Times dated from 1930 where Wu Chung-chieh, a teacher of the Chengdu University, discovered Imperial Chinese federal government records from 1827 congratulating Li Ching-Yuen on his 150th birthday, and even more older files dated from 1877 congratulating him on his 200th birthday. Likewise, in 1928, a New York Times reporter wrote that many of the old men who were living in Li’s neighborhood claimed that their grandpas knew him when they were boys, and at that time Li was a grown male.

Li Ching Yuen was aherb collector, and according to the calculation he must have started his herbalist career when he was 10 years old. He gathered herbs in the mountains range and at that timefound out their longevity strength.It is believed that for almost 40 years, he lived through on an herbal diet like goji berry,lingzhi, he shoo wu,wild ginseng, gotu kola and rice wine.

When he was 71 years old, in 1749, he joined the Chinese armies as a teacher of martial arts. It was believed that Li was loved and liked from the people in his neighborhood, married 23 times and had over 200 children.

Tales from his province claim that he could write and read as a child, and that by his tenth birthday he had already travelled to Tibet, Kansu, Shansi,Siam, Annam, and Manchuria where he was gathering herbs. In his first hundred years of life he only gathered herbs, after that he started to sell herbs gathered by others. He sold these following herbs:goji berry, lingzhi,he shou wu, wild ginseng and gotu kola together with other Chinese herbs, and lived on a diet of these herbs and rice wine.

LI WASN’T THE ONLY ONE MASTER OF LONGEVITY

Li’s believers claim that Li himself had met even older male of 500 years old, who taught him Qigong workouts and dietary advices which will help him to prolong his life to incredible number of years uncomprehendable for human species. There is still something more that we can learn from him, namely when he was on his death bed, he stated “I have done all that I have to do in this world”.

Li also claimed that inward tranquility and peace of mind integrated with breathing strategies working as a synergy were the secrets to the incredible longevity, naturally, accompanied with his herbal diet. Nonetheless, it is an interesting fact that the oldest living person in recorded history associates his long life to his state of mind.
