These digestive problems can happen from time to time, this phenomenon is called dyspepsia. It is characterized in digestive disorders such as heartburn, bloating, loss of appetite, nausea, intestinal gas, etc. However, these problems are usually related to a malfunction of the digestive system. The causes of these disorders can vary from one person to another. Generally, the major cause is related to bad diet.

Stress can also cause various gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea or bloating. Moreover, when q person is stressed, it tends to eat more sweet foods like sodas, cookies, chocolate, etc.

There is an effective turmeric-based recipe for stomach disorders.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of cashew milk
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom seed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • A pinch of vanilla powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 6 drops stevia
  • 2 star anise

Preparation:

Heat the cashew milk in a saucepan over low heat, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except stevia. Strain the mixture and add stevia. Consume this drink when you feel these digestive disorders.
