- 1 quart of juice (apple, grape, cranberry or melon).
- Use a mortar and pestle to crush all the ingredients together in a great powder.
- Mix 2 ½ ounces of the herbs into the apple juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and pour into a cup.
- Drink numerous times a day for 3 days.
