Use this recipe to make your own tooth paste:
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 capsules of turmeric
- Peppermint oil
Take a little bowl and mix in the coconut oil and turmeric. Then add the peppermint oil and blend all of it in until you get a smooth paste. Use the mix on your toothbrush and brush your teeth as you usually do.
