Lunch

Dinner
2 slices of pineapple + 50 grams of boiled rice +1 cup of tea against swelling

The Pineapple Diet is actually a mono diet, the opposite of the gradual diet, because it is highly restrictive, it has fast results but it cannot be held for more than 5-6 days without posing a threat to your health. Even so, such a diet can be adopted occasionally to get rid of some extra pounds. The diet should be completely safe as long as you don’t have any health issues that could prevent you to follow it and you do not exceed the recommended period.
