Surprise: Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs.
That’s normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn’t.
Some of your fat is right under your skin. Other fat is deeper inside, around your heart, lungs, liver, and other organs.Getting rid of your belly bulge is important for more than just vanity’s sake. Excess abdominal fat—particularly visceral fat, the kind that surrounds your organs and puffs your stomach into a “beer gut”—is a predictor of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and some cancers.
With this beverage you can get the perfect belly:
- 1 kg of lemon
- 5-6 laces of parsley
- 3 liters of water
- 1 bag of baking soda
The best way to prepare it
Wash the lemon with cold water and take a bowl and fill it with warmer water. Include the sodium bicarbonate in it. Put the lemon in this, and let it sit for an hour.
Slice the parsley into little pieces, including the stems. Slice the lemon, with its skin. Take the parsley and the lemon and put them in a pot. Put 3 liters of water over them. Cook on low heat for nearly 2-3 hours. Strain them at the end. You will get around 1.5 liters of syrup, which suffices for 15 days if you consume it frequently.
The health benefits of lemon include treatment of throat infections, indigestion, constipation, dental problems, and fever, internal bleeding, rheumatism, burns, obesity, respiratory disorders, cholera and high blood pressure, while it also benefits hair and skin care. Known for its therapeutic property since generations, lemons help to strengthen your immune system, cleanse your stomach, and it is considered a blood purifier.
Parsley is an excellent of vitamin K and vitamin C as well as a good source of vitamin A, folate and iron. Parsley’s volatile oil components include myristicin, limonene, eugenol and alpha-thujene. Its flavonoids include apiin, apigenin, crisoeriol and luteolin.
Baking soda is a cost-effective way to reduce heartburn and indigestion, as opposed to other options like Tums and Rolaids, which also contain bicarbonate. Simply add half a teaspoon of baking powder to two cups of water.
