- 3 tablespoons honey

- 4 lemons
- 125 g of horseradish
- Place the ginger and radish in a processor to get their juices.
- Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to horseradish and ginger.
- Mix well for 3 minutes
- Include the honey and cinnamon and mix till a syrup
- Pour into a glass jar and place in the fridge
- Take in 1 teaspoon two times a day before training and meals
