  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 40 g honey
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 40 g almonds, crushed


First cook the oatmeal, then squeeze the juice from the pineapple. In a blender add orange, honey, almonds and cinnamon and blend well. Add the oatmeal and pineapple juice while the blender is running. Once get a nice smooth mixture and a few ice cubes and blend again.
