Joints form the connections between bones. They provide support and help you move. Any damage to the joints from disease or injury can interfere with your movement and cause a lot of pain. Bone regeneration is a complex, well-orchestrated physiological process of boneformation, which can be seen during normal fracture healing, and is involved in continuous remodelling throughout adult life.
Self-help programs of eye exercises that claim to reduce or eliminate your need for glasses and contactshave been around since the 1920s. But before you spend time and money on anything that promises you will be able to “throw away your glasses,” be aware that these programs remain highly controversial and most vision experts contend there is little or no scientific evidence that shows they work.
The food you need to eat:
Tomato:Tomatoes are widely known for their outstanding antioxidant content, including, of course, their oftentimes-rich concentration of lycopene. Researchers have recently found an important connection between lycopene, its antioxidant properties, and bone health.
Walnuts:Walnuts contain a number of neuroprotective compounds, including vitamin E, folate, melatonin, omega-3 fats, and antioxidants. Research shows walnut consumption may support brain health, including increasing inferential reasoning in young adults.
Apples:Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
Beetroot:Beetroot is of exceptional nutritional value; especially the greens, which are rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A and C. Beetroots are an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of fibre, manganese and potassium.
Rosemary:This herb, especially the flower tops, contains antibacterial and antioxidantrosmarinic acid, plus several essential oils such as cineol, camphene, borneol, bornyl acetate, and α-pinene that are known to have anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and antiseptic properties.
Avocado:Avocados do not contain any cholesterol or sodium, and are low in saturated fat. I personally don’t think that matters, but this is one of the reasons they are favored by many “old school” experts who still believe these things are inherently harmful.
