Scientist Reveals The Most Powerful Cancer Killer – Jackfruit

Cancer, also called malignancy, is an abnormal growth of cells. There are more than 100 types of cancer, including breast cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma. Symptoms vary depending on the type. Cancer treatment may include chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery.

According to the National Cancer Institute, over 1.17 million people had colorectal cancer in the United States in 2013. A complicated type of cancer, it is difficult to treat and can develop many other types of complications.

Colorectal cancer is no walk in the park.

This form of cancer affects the large intestine and is hard to detect until it’s too far gone to cure. It’s also very difficult to treat. Unfortunately, nearly half of all patients diagnosed with the disease will die from it.

Finding solutions to today’s health issues, amongst which cancer and weight loss come at the top of the list of concerns, requires searching for natural resources that overcome these issues. And instead of having to deal with all the unwelcome side effects of medications, going back to nature’s elements whenever possible could be the answer.

Jackfruit is a tropical fruit with a sweet taste. People commonly pronounce it as ‘Jaca fruit’ or ‘Kathal’ in Hindi. Although they eat it for its good taste, yet they know little about Jackfruit nutrition or Jaca fruit benefits. When raw, it is cooked as a vegetable but, when ripe, it is consumed as a fruit. There is a long list of Jackfruit benefits including Jackfruit health benefits.

Phytonutrients

We are excited to report on a new review published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences titled, “Phytochemicals as Innovative Therapeutic Tools against Cancer Stem Cells,” which evaluated the evidence for what natural compounds within various foods and spices make for the most compelling treatments for targeting CSCs.

Lignans and isoflavones

Found in things as diverse as flaxseeds and Chianti, lignans are a form of plant compound called phytoestrogens that have recently been shown to contain potential cancer-fighting properties.

Saponins

Due to the great variability of their structures, saponins always display anti-tumorigenic effects through varieties of antitumor pathways. In addition, there are a large amount of saponins that still either remain to be trapped or studied in details by the medicinal chemists.

Protection of cellular DNA

Our genes pick up mistakes that occur when cells divide. These mistakes are called faults or mutations and happen throughout our lives. They are caused by the natural processes in our cells, and by various other factors.

Boosts the immune system

Jackfruit is an excellent source of vitamin C, a powerful nutrient which helps protect against viral and bacterial infections. Vitamin C helps to strengthen the immune system function by supporting the white blood cells function. One cup of jackfruit can supply the body a very good amount of this powerful antioxidant.
